No. Shore Desk works alongside them. You keep your listings and your guests; we just give you one calm place to run everything behind the scenes. We never sit between you and your guests, and we don't charge the big-platform booking fees.

Shore Desk syncs with Airbnb, Vrbo, and any calendar that supports iCal. Bookings from those sites flow in automatically, and you can share a Shore Desk calendar back out, so the same week never gets booked twice.

Yes. Add as many properties as you manage and switch between them with a click.

Yes. Invite people to your property as a co-owner (full access) or a viewer (look but don't touch). Everyone sees the same up-to-date information.

Upload your lease and Shore Desk can email it to your guest with a secure link to review and sign online, with no printer or scanner needed. Signed leases are stored safely, and you and your guest both get a confirmation.

Yes. Store a door or lockbox code for each booking, then email your guest their check-in details and code with one click when it's time for their stay.

Shore Desk keeps an eye on your season for you. It reminds you before check-ins, before turnovers, and nudges you to set the door code or grade a guest after they leave, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Yes. Shore Desk tracks what each guest owes and has paid, shows what you've collected versus your season goal, and projects where you'll land if your open weeks fill. (Shore Desk helps you track payments, but it doesn't process them.)

No. Your guests never need to log in. They can sign a lease or leave a note in your guest book through a simple link you share, with no account or app to download.

Yes. Your information lives in secure cloud storage, lease documents are kept in private, encrypted storage, and only the people you invite can see your property.
